When connecting videoin(dshow) to FaceTracker node, I get an immeiiate crash that requires a restart to get camera access back.
Using a Mac Book Pro (bootcamp win 8) and the Facetime camera.
works for me with a built-in camera on a windows laptop so i’m afraid this may be related to the hardware/driver configuration of the macbook and therefore hard to debug.
anyway for facetracking i’d rather recommend using a kinect2 which offers much better quality and performance.
Yeah, I think it must be the FaceTime drivers. With things pre connected (the facetracker helpfile) it works okay, but when connecting the nodes afresh, the crash occurs. I’ll try a connect when I have one to hand. Thanks.
(p.s. I couldn’t reproduce the error with the previous beta).
