Using the slider in a spread

Heyas,
So I want to use a long horizontal slider to represent the passing of time in a patch. Two issues I am facing are that the time it needs to measure is variable, so I was wondering if it was possible for the maximum value of the slider to change according to a MAXTIME input, and also, when I change the slider constraints to scY it doesnt move.

Simple questions I am sure, but yeah, answers would help alot :)

No need to set the slider max. Just connect your desired time to an LFO, then use a IOBox with max value 1. You can even use the phase input of the LFO to jump to a specific time.
