Two renderer in two monitors

Hi everybody, I have a problem to put in fullscreen two videos in two different monitor, one it’s my laptop monitor and the second one is an old samsung lcd display (640X480).

I’ve a video-in from my webcam and I’d like to put in fullscreen the first one in real time and the second one with 6 second delay. this works in my laptop, but when I plug the second monitor and I go in span video mode I can’t put in full screen and also when I try to drag the second renderer and put it in the external monitor the image is freeze.
I hope someone can help me thanks.

Try starting vvvv with option /dx9ex and see if that helps…

are you running the two monitors in span mode like you say? if so, you can not put the two renderers fullscreen, since to vvvv it is consireded one screen. only one renderer can go fullscreen on one screen

yes, so I can put one in fullscreen and the other in a window, the problem is that when I try to put the second renderer in the external monitor, the first renderer become black in laptop screen.

this last bit I can actually somewhat confirm. A windowed renderer on the laptop screen went black when the renderer on the external (projector) went fullscreen. 28.1

however, “also when I try to drag the second renderer and put it in the external monitor the image is freeze.” make sure you start vvvv after connecting the second screen

are you using a laptop with nvidia optimus? if so, there is a thread somewhere about just this.

I solved with “as video” and it works
