Im intending to project a video 3072x768 or 2800x600 across multiple projectors?
Ill be using a Matrox Triplehead Digital
Will this work ok? I just wanted to get a heads up before embarking on a lot of rendering if this possibilty wont work,
If possible any advice on video codecs for least compression and the highest performance, Im using a hi-end spec’d laptop.

should work, yes
regarding the codec it depends on the content. codecs behave different with certain material. refer to the video codec faq in the documentation. try getting an ssd to maximize transfer rate from your HD. higher transfer rate means less compression is needed means better quality and less cpu usage.

For the TH2Go, you have to check if your projector have the correct refresh rate for an individual source of 1024x768 or 800x600
