SVG Nodes Testing

Hi,

Perhaps the alpha/transparency can be something that is relevant to self intersecting polygons? Meaning that areas that have greater numbers of overlapping filled areas (layers) are lighter (added). e.g. http://www.xirja.com/M/Curves/2d3poly.jpg

the behavior of the polygon is defined in the SVG specification, we cannot change that. but alpha blending works of course with multiple objects:
