Spreadable b-spline

Hi All

is there a spreadable 3D B-spline module or plugin so I can have multiple curves with only one node?

but still, I would like to have objects follow the splines like you can on b-spline (3d)

you can have multiple 3d curves with b-spline, but only when control/input point count is the same for each of them. Inputs per Curve Controls per Curve are not spreadable.
