Some nodes hide render windows

helpwindow in this patch stays hidden until the unconnected circlespread node is removed

narrowed down to where removing either circlespread/rectanglespread or the tovector2 downstream of it will toggle visibility in an unconnected skia renderer

actually it seems a wider problem,
in this case i zip two vector2 values, tovector2(fuse) and same behaviour

Indeed, Fuse can’t deal with a GpuValue<Spread<...>> and throws an exception. I’ve created an issue in their repository and will also move this thread over to the Fuse forum.
