Skia - DrawSVG ignores paint

Hi,

while doing some experiments on coloring SVG images I came upon the fact that all filters are ignored

The pineapples should appear the same yet they don’t :)

The culprit is a missing link DrawSVGCore

Happy inverted pineapples ^^

Oh and btw Lightning should be called Lighting ;)
