is it possible to do a texture lookup in a vvvv hlsl shader now ?
i remember, it wasn’t at some point.
i want to feed a grayscale texture into the shader and deform a grid according to the lightness of pixels. maybe someone has already done it ?
seems like it is possible :)
second question remains…
there was a shader called “Displace” in the last vvvviki, i think.
and if i remember right this may NOT work on ATI cards
