Setting Writer Compression/Quality/Size/Usability

in Writer -EX9.Texture NRT help

It says next to the IOBox which shows file format:
“5. Set the extension. It states the Image Type/Compression/Quality/Size/Usability”

Is this manipulatable?
–CTRL+i does not bring up any fields like
Compression/Quality/Size/Usability

no. compression and quality cannot be specified. vvvv is using a directxapi call to save textures where we cannot specify those either.
