Resizing frames and regions

When trying to resize a frame or a region (loop), i really often struggle to get the resize cursor on the borders of the area, especially the one in the corners. Is is possible to raise the size for the “active” region for mouseover? See a recording of my struggles ;) : [frame_region_area_resize_struggle_2021.10.02-13.57.50]

Selecting and aligning Frame (Layout)

Would be great to have the Frame (Layout) to be selectable so we can move them in group and align with CTRL+L. Just like the Region.
