In order to make some vvvv gamma learning material (be it workshop, help patches etc), we could really make use of the InABox mode for Stride/Skia Renderers.
Thought of it when seing @dottore’s workshop at NODE, making use of the patch window as a series of “interactive slides”. This kinda reminds me of Jupyter notebooks, where you can have some well formatted explanatory text side by side with code snippets you can run, a small gui to tweak params and visualize things …
Stride’s Mesh/Material vizualizers and Textures/SKImages/Images in IOBoxes are already a huge step in that direction that allow to make help patches way more playful, now bringing user interactivity in there would be a super awesome next step :)
