Preview subpatches without framerate drop

hello!

i’m preparing a vj set, and i have all my ‘animations’ as subpatches, in a main patch, connected through a group.

now, i need to preview my subpatches while i play, so i have little renderers on my main patch, but i’m sure this is slowing everything down.
[could be useful to say that all my subpatches are connected to a kinect via the main patch]

any tips on how to make everything go smoother?

maybe you could preview on a second vvvv instance and on the main instance only select what you want to see on the main out. for this start vvvv with the /allowmultiple command line parameter.
