Pixelshader for newbie, Can `t install properly

I unzip the pixelshader for newbies in the effects folder…but they don `t work in my object list, and beside that, all my effects appear written in a vertival line in the objects tipe list…
Please help if you have any clue about how to solve the problem.

this is a known problem, see here.

in the meanwhile it should help to either rename the .fx files not to start with numbers, or simply drag/drop them into a patch.
