Peak into specified loop iteration

hi all,

when debugging I often find myself routing data out of regions, creating an io box, go configure, increase max visible slices etc… costs a lot of clicks and space

I find it would be nice if one could specify directly at the region, which iteration is displayed. for example with a simple integer.

ForEach[0]

Yeah, I know you want to keep your UI as clean as possible :P
