Paris based vvvv artist/programmer/user wanted for collaboration

Hi

Im looking for someone who lives near Paris, is not bad in vvvv and is interested in collaborating in this project:
http://contactpromte.c3.hu/

The task is to make some kind of an interactive installation both in Paris and in Budapest, that connects the two cities.
The budget is 4k euros all included. The deadline for the application is feb 15. The installation needs to work for at least 3 months.
I dont speak french so you should speak english.
(The project is financed by my school so we have a good chance winning the prize)

I live in Paris too.
I’ll be in India from 15 feb to 15 march but after, I’m okay to help with the project. I’m not bad with vvvv and I have some experience of interactiv installations.
