Normals lightening compute problem

i have some difficulties to program this shader (the tonfilm shader transforms)…after adding colors, here is the light! but the pixels have some problems with following vertex transform…maybe it’s a vs2ps problem…please help me to see clear there… (maybe tonfilm?)
