NodeBrowser opens at the left side of the screen, if:

DualView mode with secondary monitor from the right hand
and you doubleclick in patch window near right side of prior monitor

Ctrl-N works fine (NodeBrowser window shares to secondary monitor)

Yep, I can confirm this on a couple of XP machines with b24.1
