hi folks,
i tried to create a simple volume slider that i can handle with my mouse in the dx renderer. i played around with the button and intersect node but didnt work it out. i searched this site for sliders and stuff but only found work arounds with io-boxes.
can someone give me a hint, have a little sample patch i can learn from or maybe send me a link to a thread? would be great. thx
ps. the attachment only contains a little picture of my desired result so u can better imagine what i mean.

i already checked out some of these examples.
many of these are not working properly on my v4, especially the “remote vvvv” stuff. it ends in a lot of errors in TTY and an empty DX renderer.
the “GUI modular o_0!” works fine but it is still quite complex.
i hoped there would be a more simple solution for such a common control.
if no one else have an easier way to make a simple slider it seems i have to battle through all these nodes and subpatches there.

i just tried out the sanch module “dx9_gui” and being verry happy with that one. working fine. easy to use and very basic. good job. thx.
