Multi-display output

Apparently, nowadays some graphics cards exist that can output to 3 or 4 different displays at the same time. You would need Windows 7 to use these.

I was wondering if anyone has experience using these in vvvv?

  • Is it at all possible?
  • How is performance compared to the ‘splitter’ option and outputting to 1 very large single (second) display?

hi i got an ati eyefinity 6 for testing
without an active DP->Dual DVI converter or a DP capable monitor
only 3 outputs work but in any configuration
the problem is it needs some external sync signal
will update this after i get an active converter (about 150 Eu)
