I’ve just been made aware of this, I’ve enabled thumbnails for my server in magicq (a rather handy pc lighting desk with artnet output if you’ve not come across it www.chamsys.co.uk ) I’ve, using a csv format that they used to use, but they’ve been working on this to provide thumbnails and live updates of the output via a network.
You may or may not think it is usefull to support?

I see that this message is several years old, but I am wondering if anything came of it.

Catweasel, are/were you using the generic setting on the MagicQ?

Yeah generic and custom fixtures, but previews would be very nice!
