i uploaded a median filter for video signals. i couldn’t find one here, so theres probably other ways to do stuff like this?
anyway, its my first piece of code apart from the newbies-tutorial and i’d be glad to have some feedback.

i think at one point the program told me 1.0 wasn’t enough and I just put 3 in to be save. Apart from compatibility issues, is there any other reason to keep the PS version low?
