Not sure if this is considered a bug, but I would expect LFO to start at 0 when a patch is opened, but it seems to be an arbitrary value.
You could say, connect an OnOpen node to the reset pin, but that would still mean that the ‘change’ output pin will bang once, which is not what you would want in most cases.
I know this may be more of an annoyance than a bug, but still, I wanted to let you know, as it surprised me.
