How can I turn a 3D Mesh into a SDF (Signed Distance Field)?


I saw that @schlonzo already had a go at this since he was talking about a sdf generator VL.G3 aka Geometry3Sharp, not sure if that was including some kind of conversion from mesh to sdf.

Therefore I wanted to ask if there was something out there already or if that still can be done.
