Grid and light


I used a grid(DX9) to form some waves and apply a texture on that, but i am not able to use light in this scenario. the only way i know is via a phongpoint, while the grid only has a layer output pin, but the phongpoint needs a mesh.
what can i do?


there is a node called Grid (EX9.Geometry) . connect this to your phongpoint or any other shader. hope this helps.
