I was trying to help with tutorial patches, so I created new example patches to use with Github.
While checking (via CTRL R a tutorial patch) if the new LanguageChooser was working correctly (no text in it because the corresponding tutorial.xml could not be found), at the third-ish reload I got the attached exception.
Before closing exception window, I created the file with correct name, and upon clicking on continue, file got read and everything went fine.
Patches are the one I made a commit with.
