Well, this ain’t a real bug:
The selected file oh_no.7z could not be uploaded. Only files with the following extensions are allowed: txt pdf v4p zip rar fx.
The CMS should accept .7z files, given the many recommendations to use 7-zip in favour of other archival applications (under the light of certain reported bugs).

also it should be possible to upload the same files to a contribution thread that are possible in a normal forum thread. sometimes it is necessary to add explanatory patches or file bug reports with a v4p
actually just in favour over windows explorers builtin archive handling which has some serious rights issues. otherwise +1 from me ;)
I’ve added 7z files to the file upload fields in the forums and on the contributions page. Let me know if I have missed out any other field.
