[EASY QUESTION] Show color in specific order?

Hi Community,
I am freaking out right now!
I am a total beginner of vvvv and I can`t even manage to do a seemingly easy patch :(

What I want to do:
I`ve got a series of 20 numbers from 0 to 10, like this 7; 8; 5; 7; 4; 6; 2; 1; 1;… (not random)
I want to match one color to each number (1 is red, 2 is yellow, 10 is purple…)
Out of the list of the 20 numbers ( 7; 8; 5; 7;…) I want to make an Color Animation, in which the colors transit in each other smoothly in the specific order of the 20 numbers.

I would be so happy if anyone can help.
I am so frustrated.
