DX11 Texture coordinates in IndexedGeometryBuffer

Hello vvvvers,

I’m having trouble with placing a Texture using IndexedGeometryBuffer. I’m trying to create a Quad or Similar, that can be easily distorted. Now there is some issue with the Texture mapping and since I have no idea 'bout DX11 but have to use it because of some optimus-reasons, I really need your help bad.
