DX11 aspect ratio

Any tip about the use of the aspect ratio nodes in DX11…seems to be quite different than EX9, any tip would be very aprecciate.

generally, just feed your layers into the top of it, and then connect its output to the renderer
then anything you connect to the top will be drawn with aspect ratio automatically corrected. (no need to connect up width, height, etc)

Since the AspectRatio node is working this way, wouldn’t it make sense to build it into the renderer and then just have a pin to enable/disable it?
