I was spending some time thinking about a method to cut out one objekt out of the other, like it is possible in any 3d modelling software. But the result would be an object with an unexpected amount of vertices and indices?! Does anybody see a posibility to handle this task anyway?
i found a good description of problems (although in 2d) at http://www.xs4all.nl/~kholwerd/algdoc/top.html. the 3d case is significantly more complex. i somehow doubt a solution as a vvvv patch would be either easy or fast - but perhaps you can get some insights from the text - or probably need to wait until we implement the + (Mesh) and - (Mesh) in some future release.
