I have this bug in 2021.3.1 that Ctrl+ does not work to add a pin for the Components Pin Group. I have to manually jump inside the box node and configure the Component Pin Group Input Pin. However, if I save the patch and reopen the link to the component pin is red and I have to go inside the Box Node again and reconfigure the Pin Group every time I open the patch. Is this an actual bug or am I experiencing something really weird here?
This was changed in recent versions. The decision of whether you connect a spread or want a pin group should not be made by the node. Having a Spread input allows for both.
Just use FromValue or Cons if you want a pin group…
