Couldnt draw vertex buffer

couldnt draw vertex buffer. D3DERR_INVALIDCALL is an error Im getting alot at the moment I using 2 renderers, one still renders the other freezes. The one that freezes outputs to a dx texture that is shown on the other renderer, which continues to show what should be on the other renderer, but isnt.
