Copier (File) - used dlls

Copier nodes ( Copier (File) and Copier (File Async) both cannot copy dlls which are actually used by the running patch.
the normal copier throws an exception, async stays silent.
you can copy via explorer or plugins though

auright, fixed that for Copier (File) for beta>22, didn’t see a quick fix for the async version though…
