Copier (File Async) does not copy files with less than 1024 bytes

Plain and simple, Copier (File Async) silently fails to copy files that are less than 1KB in size.

[(node: Copier (File)](https://vvvv.org/documentation/(node:-Copier-(File)) does as it’s told, so I can use that and it’s not a pressing issue.)

thx. node set as legacy and introduced new one written as plugin. shouldn’t have this issue anymore and will report copy progress per file (spreaded).
