Connect Neighbours

Hello people,

i was trying to do some connections like like the linked one, with a connect neighbours dynamic plugin that i´ve found in the node10 server, but it doesn´t works properly.

Anybody knows how to do that or has a running version of this plugin?

i´ve tried also with connectAll and polar nodes but i haven´t the same results.
