ComPort Type EnumProblems

Hello,

I wanted to use Elementa for an UI to choose by Dropdown the ComPort of a SerialPort and Firmata. (like helppatch: “How to use a dropdownEnum”) Some Types are working but with Type “ComPort” I didn’t get it working and I also cannot use Enum2Ord or Ord2Enum or GetNames(System.Enum)

do I not understand how to control “ComPort” or is there another problem
any hints welcome

I just added a page on Enumerations to the graybook hoping to shed light on this issue.

Aha - I didn’t know, now I know - Static and Dynamic Enums
And with DynamicEnumNodes I also get it work in Elementa
