Perhaps a bug in windows, but never the less a bug.
steps to reproduce.
1: attach two (Preferably unknown to the computer) monitors of different resolution to computer running at least win8
2: turn on computer.
3: the monitors in my case default to mirrored output, change that to extended (I haven’t tested extensively, but it seems to be the way it normally works)
4: open vvvv, create a renderer (DX9 or DX11) and check the resolution, both in fullscreen and windowed. in my experience, the resoultion is WAAAAAAAAY to high in the renderer.
5: a beboot fixes the resolution issues
maybe windows need to be in the mode where it automatically scales sizes.
