I have way too late discovered that you can actually use CEC over HDMI to turn on many modern projectors and TVs.
It seems like GPUs in general doesn’t support it, but you can get adapters like this: https://www.pulse-eight.com/p/104/usb-hdmi-cec-adapter
It seems pretty simple and you save a cable for either serial or network control of the projector.
So I am wondering have anyone used this to control projectors from vvvv?
