Buggy faces in superformula

Hi people,

I’m messing around with Sanch’s first superformula, and I often have strange sawteeth when I deconstruct a mesh with it… changing mesh rez doesn’t change anything.

Does anybody know what’s the cause?

Right side of my brain answers to left side:

this sawtooth effect is due to angles in geometry, to avoid this bug a very soft shape is needed…
