Blowing up a sphere

Hello. I modeled a simple sphere in 3d Max that contains 32 subsets. Currently, i need a simple solution, that allow me to blow up it from center, so every subset will have it’s own movement vector. I checked sphericall spread already, but looks like particles order is not right.
