Beta39 offline addons zip is corrupt

Tried downloading twice, same result. WinRar says:

! D:\Downloads\addons_39_x64.zip: CRC failed in addonpack\lib\nodes\plugins\Xilium.CefGlue.dll. The file is corrupt

Having the installer download and unzip the addons seems to work OK as that file is present. I have never had WinRar complain about a vvvv file before.
