Addons Path incorrect on start patch before vvvv.exe

Attached is a patch that should demonstrate this, from what I can tell, if you start a patch with a plugin in the addons folder, where previously it had been in the plugins folder then its is listed as missing, if you start vvvv first, it finds it in the addons folder, is the scanning for externals happening after the patch has been loaded?
Also drag and dropping the plugin into the patch doesn’t update the existing missing node.
This is from updating an old patch to beta25, where all my plugins were in the plugin folder…
