About renderer

In the attached patch if i remove the last renderer no computaion seems to be done anymore, why ?

ja, that is the way it is. certain nodes (like the videotexture) need to be connected to a renderer, so they know which direct3d-device they have to operate on. this is a technical detail which is not obvious to the user and could of course be avoided if we were to redesign major internal parts of vvvv.

if instead of the videotexture you can use a VideoOut node it will also work.

oki , I thought in fact about some kind of tick or counter clock to compute stuff, really thanks, and videoOut , for certain application is less “invasive” then videotexturing the world :)
