Pad not receiving SKimage when in ACTIVE if region

I send an skimage via pad, but it just works if the pad is outside the if region.

this is by design, every region has its own scope (an internal data type the represents its state). a pad in a region is part of the state of the region, not part of the surrounding patch.

so in your case, just make a link into the region.
