Don’t think so, subseted stuff not gonna work like that, out of the box, there is a limitations on gsfx it would merge subsets…
I think you might be able to get subsets in and subsets out with stremoout render advanced but don’t think noodles uses that stuff
You can try to post a patch with noodles approach so maybe there is still a way to do that with minimum stress
