[gamma 2019.2] "Connect to signature does not work in this region" even outside a region

On 015, steps to reproduce :

  • In a fresh patch’s Definitions, create a Process and create a single node inside it (LFO for instance)
  • Right-clic it, configure, Connect To Signature
  • LFO displays “Connect to signature does not work in this region”
  • Put your process in your Application, pins are there anyway

This does not happen on 2019.1
