Exported App doesn't close Midi devices on exit

This is an example trying to reproduce the issues i’m having on exporting.
After exit the application, it stays in memory, I’m able to close manually the app in the task manager, while in the original i have to restart the machine. VL.Midi.Debug.vl (21.4 KB)
