Ctrl+O/N do not work when no document is open

Hi,

as the title says, the moment all documents are closed Ctrl+O/N do not work. No open dialog is shown, no new document is created. You can still open or create a patch using the quad menu.

this should be fixed in preview 287. please test and report.
