One of the smaller bugs, but still annoying.
If you have somehow changed a read-only patch and try to save all you get the lovely “Beware!” dialog. If somehow you don’t click on the dialog, but instead on one of the many open windows the dialog disappears into the background. Now you can’t use Alt-3 any longer to hide the windows to get to the dialog again, meaning you have to move everything out of the way.
I guess dialogs should always remain on top of any other windows till they are dismissed.
I guess whats weird in the first place is that pressing Ctrl-S you get the dialog asking if you want to save, discard, etc. But if you press Save All you get the Beware dialog. Shouldn’t you get the same dialog as when pressing Ctrl-S?
